Enjoying Exercise for PCOS Health

During this episode I’ll cover exactly what types of workouts and how to create a good program for yourself. But it all starts by not trying to be where someone else is at and doing the level of workout they are doing. Exercise is such an individual thing, and you will get so much more benefit by progressing at your own pace.

There isn’t one best exercise for PCOS! And remember that anyone who tells you differently is trying to sell you their workout program.

And remember to celebrate the win of showing up, doing your best, and recognizing the progress you are making.
